What is your refund or cancellation policy?

If you have a scheduling issue,  please reach out and we will make an effort to honor your tickets on another night as seats are available. Sales are final; we do not provide refunds but again will offer to honor tickets for any other show date provided enough seats are available. This is a courtesy and can only be changed once. Please be sure to double-check your ticket quantity, selected date, show, any coupon codes and time prior to completing your order. Reserved seats are the hardest to rebook; if rebooked they may be altered to general admission depending on available reserved seating.

What time are doors?

Doors to Straight Up Magic will open 30 minutes prior to showtime. Arrive earlier if you would like to browse the mall while you wait for doors.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

If we are not sold out you can purchase tickets at the door via cash or credit card. Buying online is the best way to guarantee getting tickets, especially Reserved seating.

Is parking convenient?

Yes! Parking is extremely convenient.  We are located inside the Whitehall Mall. The mall has three main entrances.  We are conveniently located almost at the exact center of the mall; equal distance from any of the main entrances.

Why are children under 6 not allowed?

Simply to insure the best time for ALL guests and reduce distractions. Also, it's not easy for children that young to enjoy a show quite like this. ALL guests must have a ticketed seat of their own. Anyone; of any age, who is disruptive to the audience or performers will be asked to be quiet or go to the lobby.

Some Guest Headliner shows are all ages. We encourage you to bring your younger children to those. Jason Bishop's show remains 6+ only.

How long is the show?

The show is roughly 75 minutes with no intermission.

Yes! We have a fully stocked concession area available with Popcorn, Snacks, Candy, Soft Drinks.

What can I expect at the show?

The show includes a full range of magic. Jason will perform several large-scale illusions. He will also do close up sleight of hand magic that gets projected onto  screens in the theater so you can closely watch every detail. Jason will bring audience volunteers on stage and even perform a trick with his dog Gizmo! All of this is performed with Jason's unique humor that has audiences laughing as much as they applaud. This really is more than a show it's a memory you and your significant other or family will remember for years to come.

What is the seating like?

Reserved Seating is in the first three rows and guarantees your party will be seated together. 
General Admission seating begins at the 4th row and extends to the last row. 
General Admission seating is first come first served in that section, so be sure to arrive early to get your choice of seat!

Can Jason pick me?

Accepted Answer

There is a guaranteed opportunity to help on stage.  Simply purchase this add-on when buying your tickets and you or your guest will be guaranteed to come on stage.  Only one or two of these spots is available per show. There are other opportunities to come onstage but Jason picks those randomly.

Can I meet Jason?

Usually Jason comes out a few minutes after the show ends to say hello, chat with audience members and take photos or sign autographs.

Usually yes! Most nights Jason comes out after the show to say hello, take photos and sign autographs.

Are there discounts for large groups?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Use code GROUPEVENT if you are purchasing 20 tickets or more for a 20% discount! The entire order must be placed at the same time and you must enter the code before purchasing tickets. We also always have our discount of 10% off for 4 tickets or more with code GROUP.

Is the Theater air-conditioned?

Absolutely! We are fully air-conditioned and you can cool off in the summer and stay toasty in the cooler months.
